Verzenden
Op dit moment verzend ik producten binnen Nederland.
De verzendkosten worden automatisch berekend op basis van gewicht en aan het einde van de bestelling toegevoegd aan de factuur, na het invullen van het adresformulier.
(Als het bezorgadres in Rotterdam is, kan het praktischer zijn als ik de bestelling zelf bezorg)

Pakketpost zonder aantekening: €7.25 (incl Track&Trace)

Verzendtijd
Nederland: 1-4 werkdagen. (bestellingen worden binnen 1-2 werkdagen verwerkt)
Bestellingen worden verzonden via PostNL. De verzendtijd is mede afhankelijk van PostNL en dus kan het soms iets langer duren.
Track&Trace
Je kunt je bestelling volgen via Track&Trace op de website van PostNL. Vul de code en je postcode in op de Track&Trace pagina.
Gratis ophalen in Rotterdam (tijdelijk niet beschikbaar)
Het is mogelijk om je bestelling af te halen in Rotterdam. In dat geval hoef je geen verzendkosten te betalen. Gebruik in dat geval de kortingscode: OPHALENINROTTERDAM. Via e-mail kan je dan een moment afspreken waarop je je bestelling kunt afhalen.
Omdat de sticker-schilderijen handgemaakt zijn, zullen ze per uitvoering kleine variaties bevatten. Van de andere werken (schilderijen op papier, tekeningen en olieverfschilderijen) bestaat één versie en zijn vanzelfsprekend uniek.
Ruilen & Retourneren
Mocht je onverhoopt niet tevreden zijn met je bestelling, kan je deze binnen 14 dagen na aankoop retourneren. De kosten van het aankoopbedrag worden geretourneerd.
Het product moet in de originele conditie worden teruggestuurd. Voeg de pakbon toe aan je retourzending. Mocht je het artikel willen vervangen of ruilen, stuur dan een berichtje naar: contact@tessabiemans.nl. De retourverzending valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant. Het is aan te raden bij het retourneren gebruik te maken van zending met Track&Trace. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de retourzendi
Geld Terug
Binnen 7 dagen na het ontvangen van de retour, zal het bedrag worden teruggestort op dezelfde rekening als waar de bestelling mee betaald is.

Shippingcosts
At the moment I’m only sending work within The Netherlands. Worldwide shipping will be available in the near future. You can always send me an e-mail, I’ll see what I can do!
Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the bill after filling in the adressform (when finishing shopping).

Shippingtime
The Netherlands: Between 1-4 business days. (Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days) Orders will be sent by PostNL. The shippingtime is partly dependant of PostNL and may take a little while longer.
Track&Trace
It’s possible to track your order with Track&Trace: a service of PostNL. Fill in the code you’ve received on the Track&Trace page of PostNL.
Free pick-up in Rotterdam (currently unavailable)
It’s possible to collect your order in Rotterdam. If you wish to do this, you don’t have to pay shippingcosts. You have to fill in a discountcode to be relieved from paying shippingcosts. Discountcode is ‘kortingscode’ in dutch. You can fill this box at the checkout. The discountcode is: ‘OPHALENINROTTERDAM’. By e-mail you can shedule your pick-up moment afterwards.
The sticker-paintings are handmade. This entails that each work contains small variations. The other paintings (acrylic and oil) are entirely unique (only one version is made).
Returns
Returning your order is possible within 14 days. The costs of the product will be returned to the same bank account that was used to purchase it. The product must be sent back in the original condition. Add the invoice to the returning package.

The return is the responsibility of the customer, including the shippingcosts. It is advisory to use the Track&Trace serive from PostNL, for safety purposes.
Within 7 days after receiving the returned product, the amount will be transferred back to the account used to purchase the product.
